Kent Consulting undertakes both technical capacity strengthening and organisational capacity strengthening: Technical capacity strengthening is aimed at addressing a specific issue such as an organisation’s competence to develop a funding proposal, or manage a project.  Organisational capacity strengthening is intended to support an organisation fulfil its core functions, and to achieve its mission.  It is often aimed at internal issues such as identity, leadership, culture, strategy, staffing, structure and systems.
